Does master's edition count towards lowest rarity printed. Since they're not actually "printed" being on MTGO and all.

No, only cards which were printed on paper count. Best and simplest way to remember it is, if you could hold it in your hand (barring monetary restrictions of course), and it's actually printed on paper, then it counts for Noble's purposes.

Crivaro/graft - This is not the first time this has been asked. I think we should add this question to the FAQ page. Thoughts?

Do it. I always heard this question when we started out with Pauper, too. It often buggs people and to get this right is important. =)

Okay, I will find some time when I work on the other update to update that as well. You could also do it if you want, all you need to do is add more text to the html file which is served as the content on that page. No new files or anything fancy is required.

This has now been added to the faq page. Are there any other sets which were only for digital release which should be mentioned?
